As before, Visual Art provides ICA’s digital displays in stores and will also continue to develop the advanced CMS system, which can automate offers with the right price, the right product information and design in the right zone of the store – all on its own. This to increase the relevance of each customer meeting while simplifying the administration for the ICA retailers.
– “ICA consists of free store owners in collaboration, which requires high demands on flexible marketing. With ICA retailers’ own pricing and campaigns at both central, profile and store level, they must be able to easily manage their store communication. Therefore, together with Visual Art, we have developed a CMS that allows each retailer to both create and control the content of their screens via an app. A function that we constantly develop according to the needs of the retailers.” says Linda Lager, Channel Manager at ICA
Visual Art will also continue to deliver digital communication strategies to ICA, which is the leading grocery retailer in Sweden with 1,300 stores across the country. Everyone with different needs based on position, profile and predominant customer segments. What should I eat today? Here, the right message, at the right place and at the right time is absolutely crucial to a successful customer experience. Something that ICA and Visual Art have wanted to address with well-placed offers and appetizing inspiration, both from suppliers and centrally. Production of food inspiration and craving content has previously been produced at Visual Arts’ own Design Studio with directors and teams dedicated to ICA. A function ICA now are building inhouse.
– “Our partnership has included a comprehensive solution with everything from delivery of hardware to strategy and content production. I am extremely proud that we will continue to work with one of Sweden’s strongest brands and their incredibly professional employees. Together, we become pioneers of Digital Signage.” says Pontus Meijer, Business Area Manager at Visual Art.
