Visual Art has been entrusted by MatHem to deliver digital solutions for internal communication at their 18,500 sqm warehouse in Bromma. Digital screens enable more effective communication and increase employees’ commitment to the workplace.
In today’s globalised world, the focus is often on brand and external communication. One reason people are dissatisfied in their workplaces is lack of information. Effective internal communication is just as important as external for increased customer satisfaction, motivated employees and ultimately better profitability.
Visual Art helps MatHem with digital internal communication by implementing digital communication screen to the 18,500 sqm store in Bromma, where about 800 people are working. The aim is to create an attractive workplace and to retain and develop employees through internal communication.
Digital communication screens at strategically selected sites should make more employees stop and read the content. Visual Art’s Design Studio, together with MatHem, has developed customized templates to easily display information, inspiration and calendars.
Using Visual Art’s CMS Signage Player, MatHem can change messages and create playlists that can be relevant no matter time of day, day of the week or location in the building. In this way, the information always becomes relevant per business area, regardless of whether it is drivers, warehouse staff or store staff they want to communicate with.
– The interest for digital screens for internal communication is growing rapidly and it is fun, but not surprising, that MatHem is early on this. They are an incredibly interesting company to work with and want to develop and lead the development of e-commerce for food, says Pontus Meijer, Chief Revenue Officer at Visual Art.
– In an organization where most people do not sit in front of a computer these days, it can often be a challenge to find a good channel to reach and engage all employees with internal communication. For us at MatHem, the screens from Visual Art have solved this in a very smooth and neat way, and we have received a very positive response from many employees who work at our warehouse in Bromma, says Lotta Olofsson, Communications Manager at MatHem.
