As we approach the end of 2024, I reflect on a year of growth, innovation, and momentum for Visual Art. This year has demonstrated the strength of our team and technology and confirmed our position as a leader in the digital signage industry. While it's satisfying to celebrate what we've accomplished, the true excitement lies in what’s ahead—the endless possibilities that await us.
This year, we’ve achieved growth, increasing our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Our expansion with global giants like Philip Morris, KFC, and Circle K into new markets such as the Baltics, USA, Netherlands, Thailand and Ireland have been pivotal. We’ve deepened relationships with valued partners like Joe & The Juice and strengthened our presence in Spain, the Nordics, and the US.
We also made significant strides in retail media, helping clients like Friskis & Svettis, Skistar, and Primavård unlock new revenue streams while transforming customer engagement. Every new project reinforced our belief in the power of digital signage to drive meaningful outcomes, whether increased sales, improved customer experiences, or greater operational efficiency.
One of our proudest moments this year was launching our new version of Signage Player, a platform we believe is among the best digital signage software in the world. Hardware-agnostic, API-first, and built on Azure for unmatched scalability, it’s a solution designed to integrate seamlessly into our customers’ ecosystems while delivering reliability and speed. Winning an award for this groundbreaking product at the Invidis DSS event recognised our team’s effort to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Beyond software, we’ve also focused on transforming our infrastructure. Migrating to a single platform free from legacy systems has positioned us to invest in our future, ensuring we remain agile and ready to lead the way for years.
Partnerships, both old and new, drove our success this year. The deepening collaboration with Giant Pumpkin in Asia has brought new opportunities and boosted our ARR. Meanwhile, our acquisition by Vertiseit marked a new chapter, joining forces with a group that shares our ambition to become the #1 digital signage provider globally. We see great potential to grow, innovate, and create customer value.
As we close this chapter and prepare for 2025, I’m reminded of this industry’s boundless potential. Retail media is gaining traction, offering exciting opportunities for our clients to unlock high-margin revenue streams. Our mission remains clear: to help our customers achieve their KPI’s, whether through seamless software, stunning content, or end-to-end digital signage solutions.
The road ahead is filled with opportunities, and Visual Art is ready. I’m grateful to our team, partners, and customers for making 2024 a successful year. Together, we’ve proven that the possibilities are endless when you focus on delivering value.
